• You can only create adult websites on this service.

• You can only upload LEGAL content to your website and our servers. Illegal material includes, but is not limited, to child pornography, rape, bestiality and pictures that you don’t have the right to publish.

• THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS PUBLIC DOMAIN CONTENT. Images that you download on IRC, from newsgroups, from websites you visit, aren’t licensed to you, and it is illegal to use it. Please note that if you break this law, your account just won’t be instantly deleted, but we will fully deal with the concerned authorities and give them informations we have about you.

• It must be legal for you, in your country, province/state, city to build adult websites and to view such content. You must be 18+ years old to use this service.

• You may NOT use the website we provide you to do any illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to,shareware, freeware, trialware, demos, warez, appz, gamez, iso, cracks, password trading, mp3s (and for sure publishing unlicensed content).

• NO SPAM OF ANY KIND to bring surfers to your websites. Again, this includes (but isn’t limited to) unsolicited emails, ICQ – IRC – Newsgroups messages, and so on.

• You don’t have the right to resell your website(s) space to anybody.

• We make no warranty of any kind about the reliability of this service.

• This service is not responsible for any damage caused by loss of access to, or removal or alteration of your webpages.

• You are responsible to monitor your website(s) and make backups of it.

• Gay/male sites MUST be in the gay category.

• Maximum file size for movies – 1mb, for images – 200kb. Files over this sizes will be deleted automatically.

• If you ever do something illegal you take full responsibility for your acts.
